How to open file with .OOGL extension?

.OOGL is the file extension developed by Geometry Center at the University of Minnesota for the needs of their proprietary software. The files with the .OOGL extension belong to the "Document Files " category. The full name of this type of files is Geomview Object Oriented Graphics Library. Files with the .OOGL extension can be opened in several ways. The easiest is to install the manufacturer’s application. Fortunately, this is not the only method.
