How to open file with .SITL extension?

.SITL is the file extension developed by Smith Micro Software, Inc. for the needs of their proprietary software. The files with the .SITL extension belong to the "Various Files" category. After downloading and installing the software in our system, files with the .SITL extension should be automatically associated with the new application.
